This isn’t about becoming someone new.

If you’ve been feeling the pull toward energy work, intuition, or something deeper than what you can explain—this is where you begin.

Reiki is simple, powerful, and deeply personal. It reconnects you to your body’s natural intelligence, your intuition, and the energy that moves through all things.

I teach Reiki in a way that is grounded, spacious, and real.
No performance. No overcomplication. Just a clear, supportive space for you to learn, experience, and trust your own energy.

You won’t just leave with knowledge.
You’ll leave with a deeper connection to yourself.

Below, you’ll find an overview of each Reiki level — including what’s covered, who it’s for, and what’s required before moving on to the next. These courses are held in-person throughout New Zealand, and can be run 1:1 or in small, intimate groups.

The Three Levels of Reiki

  • A symmetrical geometric pattern with a circular grid design.

    Reiki Level 1 - Foundations

    Investment: $333

    Two-day course | Includes: your manual, certificate, food and drink and lifetime support

    This is where you begin — with yourself.

    Level 1 teaches you how to connect with Reiki energy and channel it through your hands for self-healing and supporting others. You’ll explore the basics of energetic awareness, chakra understanding, and how to bring Reiki into everyday life.

    What you’ll gain:

    1. A grounded understanding of Reiki and its origins

    2. The ability to give Reiki to yourself and others

    3. Awareness of your energy and chakra system

    4. Tools for energetic hygiene and boundaries

    5. A practice you can integrate into everyday life

    This level is experiential—giving you space to practice, reflect, and build confidence in your own energy.

    Reiki Level 2 - Practitioner

    Investment: $444

    Two-day course | Includes symbols, manual, certificate, food and drink and post-training guidance

    This level is about going deeper — into your intuition, your energetic capacity, and your ability to hold space for others.

    Level 2 introduces the three traditional Reiki symbols, including the distance healing symbol. You’ll explore how to send Reiki across time and space, how to work with intention, and how to begin offering sessions in a professional or community setting.

    What you’ll gain:

    1. Use of Reiki symbols for emotional, mental, and distance healing

    2. Ability to conduct distance sessions with clarity and integrity

    3. Deeper intuitive awareness and energetic sensitivity

    4. Guidance on starting your own Reiki practice

    This training is practical, embodied, and spacious — and it meets the criteria for Reiki NZ’s practitioner-level training.

    Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 1

    Reiki Level 3A - Master

    Investment: $333

    One-day course | 1:1 or small group | Includes manual, Master attunement, certificate + support

    This level is for those who want to deepen their personal practice, increase their energetic sensitivity, and learn advanced Reiki techniques — without the pressure to teach.

    You’ll receive the Master symbol and be guided through processes that strengthen your intuitive capacity and connection to source. This level often marks a shift in your own healing — it’s less about “doing” Reiki and more about being Reiki.

    What you’ll gain:

    1. The Master symbol and advanced techniques

    2. Increased intuitive sensitivity and energetic awareness

    3. Tools such as aura scanning, energy grids, and space clearing

    4. Deeper personal healing and integration

    5. The ability to hold longer-term healing containers

    After this level, you’ll be recognised as a Reiki Master Practitioner and can choose whether to stay here or continue on to become a teacher (3b) when/if it feels aligned.

    Pre-requisite: Reiki Level 2, minimum 3 months prior.

    Reiki Level 3B - Teacher

    Investment: $666

    Two-day course | Offered 1:1 or in intimate groups | Includes co-designed teaching plan, resources, and full mentorship

    If you feel called to teach — to attune others, to run your own trainings, or to pass this energy on in your own way — Level 3b is the next step.

    This is less about curriculum and more about confidence, clarity, and integrity.

    You’ll learn how to lead attunements, hold sacred space, and design courses that reflect both the Usui lineage and your own unique flavour.

    This level includes hands-on practice giving attunements, teaching support, and co-creating a plan for how you’ll offer your own Reiki trainings moving forward.

    What you’ll gain:

    1. Ability to give attunements across all levels

    2. Skills to hold safe, grounded teaching spaces

    3. Guidance in creating your own Reiki trainings

    4. Ongoing mentorship as you begin teaching

    Note: This level is only available after completing Level 3a.
